WhatsApp setup
The settings area supports Twilio WhatsApp API configuration and template control for outbound WhatsApp communication.
Connection workflow
- Add the Twilio account credentials and approved WhatsApp sender.
- Ensure the default location has the correct WhatsApp number.
- Configure the approved template or content SID for order messaging.
- Send a test message and confirm delivery in Twilio.
Template workflow
You can save templates for new orders, order completion, and collected notifications. These templates become the source of truth once Twilio is configured.
